Requirements and responsibilities
Senior Technical Lead responsible for end-to-end architecture, delivery governance, and technical leadership across SharePoint Online, Power Platform, and custom integrations.
What you’ll do
- Own solution architecture across SharePoint Online, Power Platform,M365 Apps, SPFx, and APIs;
- Lead design of scalable workflows (Power Automate) and enterprise apps (Power Apps);
- Oversee Power BI reporting (executive & regulatory);
- Define integration patterns (queues, retries, batching, resiliency);
- Provide technical leadership to engineering teams across regions;
- Ensure governance, security, and compliance (M365 & enterprise standards);
- Drive performance optimization for SharePoint and workflows;
- Handle stakeholder communication (business + IT leadership);
- Support incident resolution and production stability.
What you’ll bring
- 10+ years’ experience in Microsoft ecosystem;
- Strong expertise in SharePoint Online (Modern & Classic), Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, SPFx development, M365 Apps, C# .NET / API services, PowerShell scripting, Dataflows, Azure App and web service, AWS hosting, SFTP, Azure Entra, EKS;
- Deep understanding of integration patterns and distributed systems;
- Experience with Snowflake / SAP integrations preferred;
- Working in Agile with strong leadership, stakeholder management and analytical thinking preferred.
